The Hohner Marine Band Deluxe brings the incomparable sound of the Marine Band 1896 into the 21st century with a variety of improvements which optimise handling and ensure greater volume and faster response, while retaining the rich and powerful Hohner sound.

A superb new 10 hole diatonic from Hohner ...The new Marine Band Deluxe has all the qualities of the original, plus the latest state-of-the-art engineering design changes.

Re-engineered and sealed pear wood comb to make it resistant to swelling & shrinkage, new improved channel openings and outer corners are rounded off for better playing comfort. Four screws are used to screw on the cover plates for greater volume and also ease of maintenance.

The reed plates are screwed on with three screws to give maximum air tightness and again ease of maintenance. Over blowing is made easier with this new improved design.
